Redirect. I don't think it meets the "significant coverage" requirement. I found a lot of press releases and a few blog entries, but only one example of coverage in what could be called a reliable, independent source: an interview with the director on HorrorNews.net. I think it makes sense to redirect this article to Puppet Master (franchise)#Puppet Master: Axis Termination, and use the source(s) to flesh out that section.
