Tagged for notability since 2021. Currently uses only government websites which are reliable but lack independence from the subject. Time to decide as a community whether or not this meets WP:GNG.4meter4 (talk) 01:52, 22 January 2025 (UTC)

- Delete: The topic does not meet the general notability criteria nor the criteria for politicians. The administrator of the DEA may be considered notable but the deputy without any significant coverage in multiple reliable sources is not notable. - Delete. Deputy administrators of government departments could potentially pass WP:GNG if their articles were genuinely substantive and well-sourced, but they aren't automatically notable enough for articles just because they exist, and this is based entirely on primary sourcing without even trying to demonstrate that he would pass GNG. Bearcat (talk) 18:51, 4 February 2025 (UTC)
- Delete There isn't enough substantial coverage to consider him meeting WP:POLITICIAN or WP:GNG.Pollia (talk) 11:55, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
- Delete or Redirect to Drug Enforcement Administration. Even though the person seems notable and the primary sources fit the article pretty well, the topic's notability really depends on the secondary sources, and there aren't any. Barseghian Lilia (talk) 14:25, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
- Delete and oppose redirect. Fails GNG and NPOL. There is no mention of Grubbs currently and there are only 2 total mentions of the principal deputy administrator, both of which are quick listings. Best, GPL93 (talk) 16:32, 6 February 2025 (UTC)
- Comment would agree that the position of deputy leader of a national bureaucratic department/agency/ministry should not be accorded the presumed notability provision of NPOL. Regards, --Goldsztajn (talk) 22:53, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Delete per nom and precedent across WP for generic US gov officials at the same level. Eelipe (talk) 02:08, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
