- Keep. The subject has been described as "PredictProtein was the first Internet server for protein predictions. It pioneered combining evolutionary information and machine learning" [1] in a review after 29 years. There are ample secondary sources that describe the technology and a standalone article is concordant with List of protein secondary structure prediction programs.
