Leaning towards a merge to George C. Marshall Institute. So far I'm finding some cites, but not much as far as notability goes. The organization seems to be notable (granted I haven't looked at it that deeply), but I think that it would be reasonable enough to create a bibliography section and incorporate some of this information there. Delete Google search produces no secondary RS coverage. Fails WP:GNG & WP:NBOOK. Not opposed to a redirect as suggested by Tokyogirl79, providing the George C. Marshall Institute article adds a bibliography section which includes this title.--JayJasper (talk) 17:09, 31 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
