An incredibly minor character with basically zero reliable, significant coverage I can find. Complete failure of WP:GNG. I don't see enough sources to pass WP:SIGCOV, but the nom supports a redirect, which helps us reach WP:CONSENSUS. The amount of content to include at the target can be worked out through editing.
