non-notable businessman, no in depth or independent coverage. Nothing in the way of meeting GNG or anything else. On a side note, there is another Paul Napper who is a psychologist who may be notable, but it certainly isn't this one. PRAXIDICAE🌈 16:56, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Promotional article on non-notable subject. WP:GNG, WP:SIGCOV and WP:ANYBIO are not met. The sources offered in the article do not even support the text - not to mind supporting a claim to notability. The sources available elsewhere (news searches and the like) do not support a claim to notability either. While not immediately relevant to this AfD, the PAID, PROMO, FV and apparent REFBOMBing issues are difficult to ignore. Guliolopez (talk) 20:11, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
