Delete: partial to deletion due to a non-medal performance and dearth of sources through Google. My check found many other unrelated Paavo Hietalas, none specifically discussing the wrestler. /over.throws/^✎ 20:16, 12 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Ike Lek Can you please add at least one of these sources to the article so this can pass WP:SPORTSCRIT. Even if WP:NEXIST is satisfied sports bio pages cannot be kept unless one non-database source with WP:SIGCOV is physically present in the article. In full honesty, I am struggling to make sense of some of these sources to an extent that I would feel comfortable that I would not be misrepresenting them when citing them. I will try in this case, but I do not speak any Swedish of Finnish, and some of these papers seem to combine the two languages, which isn't that surprising given the linguistic history of Finland, but is very difficult for me to make sense of as a speaker of neither language. I may be able to contact a Finn I knew a few years back to help me, but it's been a while so no promises. Ike Lek (talk) 18:51, 17 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

To be upfront, I speak neither Finnish nor Swedish, so while I would never deliberately misrepresent sources, it is possible I have done so unintentionally by relying on tools such as machine translation.
