No evidence of notability. The article hasn't been significantly edited since 2011. The link to the website is dead. Searches for "mustard microblogging" turn up a couple of brief reviews [1] [2] and a mention as one of 41 open-source projects examined in an academic paper [3], but not much else. Delete. While I love open-source posting software, this does not seem to be very notable, and the website being defunct makes it virtually impossible for it to ever become notable.
