Delete per nom. Essentially a praise article. I was involved in an edit war a couple of weeks ago that resulted in a less praise-y article ([1]) but still did not establish notability. I was tempted to list this article here at that time, but I did not want to give the impression that I was trying to settle a content dispute through deletion.
