Delete. Citation counts on Google Scholar [1] are not strong enough to make a convincing case for WP:PROF#C1 and the article does not present any other case for notability. —David Eppstein (talk) 17:45, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Delete per WP:MILL and WP:PEOPLE. I have to point out that he is not even listed as law school faculty and he is two steps below the center's dean, who in turn reports to the dean of the law school, who in turn .... Sorry. Bearian (talk) 17:28, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
