This was tagged and listed by 82.4.123.24 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), but unregistered users cannot create nomination pages. They gave an edit summary of Suggest deletion - un-noteworthy., and a talk page comment of Abjectly unnoteworthy article. So what?. My involvement is procedural and I offer no comment beyond two observations: those aren't the most detailed rationales ever in explaining any potential lack of notability, and the current sourcing in the article is thin in a way that probably would have led to a nomination suggesting a failure of SPORTCRIT and/or NOLY before long (the infobox indicates his silver medal was not in his Olympic appearance; again, though, I offer no comment on any potential better sourcing that may or may not exist).
