Comment I have added a couple of references, one of which includes a quote about the subject being "the godmother of performance art in Boston". (Undecided on whether it is enough to establish notability, but it is a start.) AllyD (talk) 18:50, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is enough to help reference the article and it confirms that the subject is locally prominent in her field over a long number of years, a past National Endowment for the Arts grant recipient, etc. However a lot of the coverage is quotation of the subject relative to the Mobius Group and I remain unsure whether I could really argue it meets WP:ARTIST (which sets a significantly higher standard than in many other fields, in my opinion). Keep The Boston Globe article is indepth for sure, though it has some rather strange examples like this, " As an artist, she's known for site-specific and durational pieces, such as "I Scream," which she performed in 2011 within earshot of a freefall ride in Sweden, where participants regularly shrieked. For several hours, Arsem stood in the courtyard of a the nearby Museum of World Culture, letting 30 liters of peppermint ice cream melt in her arms, screaming in unison with the plummeting people." And the claim from Munsell for the godmother claim is from the assistant curator of contemporary art at the Museum of Fine Arts. So in essence, it can pass GNG.
