Article creator was blocked for promotional/covert advertising/spamming reasons. The entire article fails WP:PROMO so badly that the entire thing needs to be deleted. There is a possible argument for notability, but it's not clearly demonstrated by the sources in the article, and even if he is we're better off completely deleting this version and starting from scratch.
