- Delete. Searches of the concept do not turn up much beyond the articles coining the concept itself. The LOPI concept does not appear to be "worthy of note" per the general notability guidelines for inclusion in Wikipedia. Malinaccier (talk) 19:02, 6 September 2017 (UTC)
