Stub with only once reference (accessible on archive). The given reference talks about impact assessments to be carried out, so it suggests that there was still some way to go before the dam would begin construction. I've looked at maps of the area and can find no dams in this area. I found this article from June 2025 that names the project and its stated that it is in limbo as a result of the Coup and inadequate impact assessments [1]. I therefore think that this article fails WP:CRYSTAL and I believe it also fails WP:GNG as the other sources I have found are largely passing mentions that list this dam among a list of other planned dams.
