Obviously promotional article written by WP:SPAs. A non-notable award, some press releases and not much else. Guy (Help!) 18:11, 13 June 2018 (UTC)

- Delete No in-depth independent coverage found. Fails WP:NCORP. Edwardx (talk) 00:20, 15 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, fails WP:NCORP, and would have done so even before that was tightened up. Unambiguous promotion from the day it was created. The practice is apparently of only limited and entirely local significance, routinely doing the work that architecture practices routinely do – restoring a hotel building and the like. It gets a few passing mentions on Gbooks. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 10:34, 19 June 2018 (UTC)

- Keep There appear to be many articles about the architect and his work - [1][2][3][4][5][6], and therefore should qualify under WP:CREATIVE and WP:GNG. Hzh (talk) 15:51, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
Keep Kobi Karp. Notable guy; notable firm; notable buildings. It may be that Nom and early commenters searched the firm's long name.E.M.Gregory (talk) 17:56, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

- Delete - blatantly promotional and was created by a marketeer. Rip it up and start again. No objection to someone starting an article on the "notable" Kobi Karp himself. Deb (talk) 14:21, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
- Revisiting and taking a deeper dive. There are quite a few sources with material like this 2015 article about a new hotel in the Sun-Sentinel, "Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design conceived the eye-catching contemporary structure, with a rooftop pool featuring expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The firm was able to incorporate modern elements such as spacious corridors and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows"], from which an article could perhaps be cobbled together addressing the firm/principal's style and career. However, I am not seeing WP:SIGCOV of the firm or the man that amounts to critical analysis of either of the architecture of that argues for an impact on other projects and architects.Delete.E.M.Gregory (talk) 15:27, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete Entirely promotional, fails WP:SIP, also no references meet the criteria for establishing notability, fails WP:NCORP. HighKing++ 23:25, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
