Delete. WP:BLP of an inventor and businessman, which is (a) written more like a prosified résumé than an encyclopedia article, and (b) minimally sourced to one primary source directory of patent applications and two glancing namechecks of his existence in articles which aren't about him. As always, businessmen and inventors are not automatically entitled to Wikipedia articles just because they can be nominally verified as existing -- he'd be eligible for one if he could be properly sourced over WP:GNG, but none of the sourcing here is helping him get there.
