Yes, I probably shouldn't be doing this, but I couldn't help myself. This appears to be a web-based software library that isn't notable enough to have its own article. The article is mainly a statement of the library's features, without proof of notability. Also, the references provided are simply links to the project's web site, and the tone contains a hint of advertising (although this is a secondary concern).
