Merge into Incentive program. A quick search shows that the term is clearly notable. It is part of a more broad aspect known as incentive-based marketing, for which we have a (slightly) better article than this one. Suggest merging what is referenceable. Merge into Incentive program as suggested by Nageh. I'm sure most people using the internet have come across these sites in search engine results and banner adverts.
