This article does not meet GNG, and SNG WP:ORGCRITE. It mainly relies on primary sources and there is no indication of importance. Uncle Bash007 (talk) 06:07, 5 April 2025 (UTC)

- Obvious strongest possible keep. The company looks recent because it was recently formed by the merger of Gulf Energy Development and Intouch Holdings, the 4th and 16th largest companies in Thailand by market capitalisation. Since there is no separate article for Gulf Energy Development, this article should be understood to also cover the historical scope of that company, which is one of Thailand's largest energy companies, the growth over the past decade of which rapidly fuelled Sarath Ratanavadi's rise to become one of the wealthiest persons in Thailand. There's been plenty of news coverage on the merger alone.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] --Paul_012 (talk) 14:51, 6 April 2025 (UTC)
- Strong keep Per Paul_012. See Thai version too for sourcing, please conduct WP:BEFORE before deletion nominations. Hmr (talk) 18:42, 6 April 2025 (UTC)
