Draftify While the claims to WP:SIGCOV may be valid, the article in its present form is unencyclopedic and would normally be deleted. However I think it would be better to draftify it in order for the issues to be fixed. It requires a lot of work that someone should find the time to do. Keep and do not draftify. The subject is notable, as there is WP:SIGCOV in the external links section. Per WP:DRAFTNO, this article has been in the mainspace for 18 (almost 19) years and draftification would doom this article to deletion (WP:NOTBACKDOOR), given that editors have not recentl substantially worked on this. An article in the mainspace is much more likely to receive edits to remedy the problems in the article than a 6-month period in draftspace and then deletion.
