Delete. Fails WP:SIGCOV. I don't doubt this is a widely used slang term in retail for loose merchandise. Unfortunately, it isn't one that is covered in any reliable sources that I can find. Even if we found a redirect or merge target, I don't think there is anything here worth saving. On a side note, I did find this Glossary of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and this book had a Short Retail Glossary inside it. If we were to cover this it would be within a Glossary of retail terminology page because we can include dic-def topics on those pages per Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Glossaries.
