Delete. Most of the article is about his connection to Podkletnov so WP:NOTINHERITED applies. But he also does not appear to pass WP:PROF#C1 and there is no evidence of passing any other notability criterion. —David Eppstein (talk) 05:57, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
