Stub was redirected to software testing years ago, but term is not described there or anywhere else on enwiki. Google suggests the term is related to equivalence checking, or it's possibly related to functional equivalence, but the use of this specific term is unclear. - Delete: This fails WP: GNG, and I regrettably can't support either redirect target. Equivalence checking appears to be a little too focused on hardware for this article to be a good redirect target in this case, and functional equivalence is a disambiguation page.
