Considering that this seems like something that some ten year old RuneScaper invented when they were bored, and the only use of the word seems to be in various acts of vandalism I propose deletion. - Delete Wikipedia is not the urban dictionary. I have a feeling that someone is literally going through the urban dictionary and creating wikipedia pages to boost their creation count.
