Keep. Passes WP:NFOOTY. Played for the New Jersey Stallions during the 1996 USISL Select League which is listed as a WP:FPL, evidence here, here. Continued to play for them in 1997 during the USISL D-3 Pro League, an early iteration of USL Second Division, evidence here. Like others, I cannot verify the Haitian national team information. Keep – as per GauchoDude. His stats for that season are recorded under the name "Jean-Charles Frantz" here, so I'm also wondering if there might be additional coverage under that name. More coverage here at Newspapers.com, and the Bloomfield source I added to the article also mentions that he played for the Haiti national team, albeit without details.
