- Delete indeed, the second ref is about the algorithm, not the implementation that appears the subject of the article. Seems a one-person project that did not last long enough to catch on. Special:Contributions/Synx13 was the single-purpose account that created this in 2004, and never made any more main-space edits. W Nowicki (talk) 22:11, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
