This article is a failure of WP:NOTDICT and does not meet WP:WORDISSUBJECT. If the topic is the Spanish word, there is no evidence of significant coverage in non-dictionary sources. If the topic is the false friend with the English word "embarrassed", I do not find significant coverage of that either (besides some passing mentions in listicles and language learning books). Merge to Pregnancy in popular culture. What's that, you say? There is no article on Pregnancy in popular culture? Then create one. We have a Category:Pregnancy in popular culture, so there is plenty of material (plus this article). BD2412 T 23:36, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict) Perhaps soft redirect to wikt:embarazada (or wikt:embarazado, which seems to be the main entry)? I don't think the word qua word is notable, per the nom, and I don't think much of this content would be useful in any of our other pregnancy-related articles either. Sending readers over to Wiktionary – which is actually designed to provide information about definition, grammar, etymology, etc. – would surely be better than nothing, and it would also preserve the history in case it was ever needed elsewhere (e.g. at the title BD2412 is suggesting). The four criteria at Template:Wiktionary redirect seem to be met, so it's a reasonable alternative to deletion. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 01:33, 9 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
