Delete. As per research, the company (ABS-CBN Corporation as it states in the nominated page) has never owned and/or operated this radio station (although there's a similar callsign which is owned and operated by a different local media company in Dagupan City, Pangasinan but unrelated to this matter), so definitely a WP:HOAX.
