This is a recreation of a previously deleted PROD. Fails notability criteria for WP:BIO and WP:ATHLETE. Individual is only a semi-pro player, has never played in one of the four fully professional and notable English leagues and fails Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Notability guidelines.
