- Delete. I have a feeling that the article was written by one of the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) listed in the article. If you're gonna write an article about a [barangay], might as well start by writing down the Sangguniang Barangay officials before the SK members who don't really manage the barangay, no? It also doesn't help that the original creator of the article was planning to do just that, to post an article about one of the barangay's non-notable SK official.
