Speedy delete. No assertion of significance, making this a WP:CSD#A7 candidate. Even if significance were asserted, this is a clear case of failing to meet WP:CORP criteria for inclusion. I find zero coverage of this company, searching both for CHLDCL and "Central Himalayan Land Development". None.
