Comment. Google books indicates some coverage here, but the book is not even available for limited preview. It gets a number of citations in academic papers [1]; this one has some details on the trouble they had with it; some use described here. OGRE's book says it's the "official" GUI toolkit for that engine. There's also a tutorial on using the two together on OGRE's site.
