- Delete per nomination. Note that this describes itself as a free-software content management system written in Ruby by thinkDRY as a Ruby on Rails web application. Your guess is as good as mine. It also contains the happy thought that BlankApplication is extendable using extensions, but the page seems to be more a basic doc page than an encyclopedia article. Google News, Books, and Scholar haven't heard of it, either with the (software) extension of the title or without. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 15:31, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
