Delete The person clearly fails WP:NACTOR due to not having multiple in-depth reliable secondary sources about them. The three sources in the article after it was supposedly "restored to a notable state" are a basic biographical listing, an article that seems to be written by the actor himself about his life, and one about him endorsing a stroke awareness campaign. Which has absolutely nothing to do with him aside content wise. There doesn't seem to be anything else out there that would pass WP:NACTOR or WP:GNG either.
