- Delete. I agree with the nominator that its uses appear to be as a common phrase with the colloquial English meaning of its words, interpreted in different ways by different authors, rather than as a technical term of art, and as such it fails WP:NOTDICT. —David Eppstein (talk) 00:01, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
