Per WP:SOLDIER, the subject must be recipient of the award for multiple times, if it is not the highest decoration of the country. Maha Vir Chakra is not the highest decoration of India. Also does not pass WP:GNG. Regards, Krishna Chaitanya Velaga (talk • mail) 07:56, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
