Keep: April Fools' Day is generally recognized and there are citations throughout the article, so it's not non-notable. In addition, numerous pages link to this article. A number of the above suggestions are only jokes. Some of the content in the article may not be notable, though, so cleaning up or rewriting the article may be necessary.
