Chess.com held an event and called it the "Speed Chess Championship". It's not an official event by a chess governing body, and the sourcing reflects that. It's all chess.com sources. The only other sources I can see are statistics and press releases on other chess websites (i.e. a list of who won or promotional information about the event with no in-depth coverage outside of chess.com).
