Request to create restricted talk page related to WP:BFDI

I would like to request Wikipedia talk:Source assessment/Battle for Dream Island to be created, either as a full-fledged talk page or as a redirect to WT:BFDI, for to be able to specifically discuss about the source assessements (if as a full-fledged talk page), or to clearly indicate that BFDI-related source assessements belong in WT:BFDI, where they likely have always been on (example) if created as a redirect.
