Because you have a conflict of interest, it is strongly suggested that you do not create the page yourself. Because you claim to be the singer's manager, your edits are viewed as likely promotional. I am sorry, i got blocked for writing in wrong group i guess. I am new to this.

All i want is for my client to be represented on Wikipedia. No promotion at all.

She has plenty of mentions on Wikipedia from her colleagues and its time to put a page to it.
