I don't know if this is where we're supposed to do this assignment but hopefully you see this. You have great sources that are extremely recent and credible like Bach et al (2025) and I think your analysis of how personality interacts with remote work exhaustion is really good along with how neuroticism tends to decrease over long term relationships. The whole thing overall seems really well researched and well written, however some parts like the remote work section read more like notes than finished writing. For example, the paragraph that starts with “Depending on your general personality disposition...” could be clearer if you rewrote it in a more straightforward way. Also, some citations and sentence transitions feel a bit choppy. Obviously I know this is a rough draft just for future notice more than anything. There's also some studies like Weidmann et al (2017) that are cited twice not sure if it'd be better to combine those or not. Since you left the outline for your presentation blank I figured I’d suggest some slides: one on what the Big Five traits are, one on how they affect remote work, one on romantic relationship outcomes, another on how life events like marriage or breakups impact personality, and a final one on how all this applies to real life (like job fit or communication in relationships).
