Your submission at Articles for creation: Stefano Trespidi (November 21)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Primefac was:
This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
The comment the reviewer left was:
I can't even get to a review of the references because this draft is just dripping with WEASEL words and FLOWERY language. Wikipedia is built upon being neutral; it's not an "acclaimed summer festival", it's just a summer festival.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

The comment the reviewer left was:
1) Too closely modelled of here. Rewrite in your own words. 2) Still dripping in promotional language- example: "At a very young age, he found a sanctuary for his artistic gifts" which made me laugh- Wikipedia is neutral, and our articles do not decide if he has artistic gifts or not.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Stefano Trespidi (December 23)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Huon was:
This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage about the subject in reliable sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of people and the golden rule. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.
The comment the reviewer left was:
The tone is still promotional, but worse, I do not see that the references establish that Trespidi is notable enough in the first place; it's mostly passing mentions and some non-independent sources.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Sorry your articles been moved to draftspace, I'm experiencing it now myself

[edit]

I know how it feels. It seems like some wikipedia users just DO that. They don't contribute to the article and try to make it better, they just take away from wikipedia, and stick it in the delete pile if it doesn't have thirty references or something stupid (for example, this user Boleyn, I've read their talk page and it seems to be a common problem with other people with that user.). It's frustrating to me, so I'm imagining someone else must feel the same way. I've asked for help at the Teahouse, they didn't help me. I'm fighting for an article for a graphic novel, I'm fighting for a BOOK, by a well known author, on a noteworthy topic, and adapted by a noteworthy filmmaker. Here's mine: Draft:The Black Dahlia (graphic novel) I've never had this problem, and usually other Wikipedians have helped contribute to my articles instead of moving it to draftspace the day I make the article, and haven't had time to work on it.

Anyway, I just saw that one of your articles was moved to draftspace, and felt like maybe you'd like some encouragement in that you aren't alone. Wikipedia wasn't always like this in my opinion and didn't have people that would rather delete then add and contribute. So, anyway, if you want to talk, post on my talk page or send a message. It'd be happy to HELP someone, when I have time to do it, with there article, then hinder it. God bless. PeaceShield5 (talk) 08:27, 4 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Quite a bizarre tag, PeaceShield5, as U have had no contact I can see with SilvaiTRE388 and only once with you, very passive aggressive and irrelevant... Boleyn (talk) 19:52, 8 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Laura Liguori (April 3)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Bradv was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
This subject does not appear to meet the standards of inclusion for actors.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Laura Liguori moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Laura Liguori, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
