you should consider making this article more Wikipedia compatible by:

Using the "infobox company" template.
This might automatically show the article's encyclopedic relevance by Wikipedia notability standards, especially concerning turnover and number of employees.
Consider starting with a reduced, bridgehead article (not so many links) that addresses the broad public (press, locals, applicants, customers) and gives them neutral, unbiased, value-added information
- Key question might be: "What does the general public want to know about a company like Midcom?"
- Central question: Does the general public have an interest in seeing this company in the Wikipedia?
