An LTA is a person who does something against wikipedia's rules for a long time, often for many years. They are banned by the WMF and cannot edit without socking, but their socks are usually blocked.
Examples: Ljupco, known as Projects as his original username, harasses editors and admins that have reverted his edits. He says SHB2000 is a sock of Antaradus. Poopy, another LTA (I made the name up) uses the poop emoji everywhere and inserts at least one word using poop into the articles he vandalizes. There is also a Penis LTA which attacks WP pages and inserts penis images.
When a person vandalizes, try using a tool to warn them. This is even more important with threats, because a custom message often results in more. You can use twinkle to warn. (See the talk page of the user that vandalized your talk page). Ely - Talk06:47, 16 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If an admin has deleted a page and forgot to close the request for deletion, please wait a little while and/or notify them, they may have forgotten. Hi Sakura emad, I see that you have been trying to help Mr. Hindi with the article Brij Kishore Sharma / Brij Kishore Sharma "Tara". Unfortunately, that article is basically a hoax, and the user has been disrupting Hindi Wikipedia, English Wikipedia, and other Wikimedia projects with fake claims for some time. These are some of the blocked accounts at English Wikipedia, of the same user. You should be aware that the "newspaper clippings" that have been uploaded to archive.org are actually fakes, not real references.

Hi Sakura, I'm not enforcing a policy, but I don't think you should use 'dear' (As in 'Hi dear, it is ...' not 'Dear Example, it is ...') in your comments. It shows a level of familiarity that some people find disturbing or annoying. Many people have pronouns or nouns listed at their user page which you can use when referring to them. Please don't add RFAs to the requests for permissions page if you are neither the nominator nor the nominee. The nominee and/or the nominator may not be ready for the RFA to be added, or might have created the request as a test. Besides that, part of the vetting process is to make sure that they know how to get a request in front of the community, and part of that is knowing to put it on the RFP page. We try our best to close RfDs on their due dates, but we can’t always do so because we are busy dealing with other things. While the template serves as a good reminder, we close RfDs when we have the opportunity to do so. Due dates for RfDs aren’t hard deadlines, so even if we don’t close them until one or two days afterwards, it’s fine. In addition, we have to review all of the votes and information presented in each RfD discussion before deciding on a consensus, and if it is still not clear what we should do with the article discussed in the RfD, we may keep the RfD open for another week or so to give people more time to discuss the article and add their thoughts. It's not only your problem. It happens to the screens of some people also like User:Ferien. But this doesn't mean everyone in Europe or America. Some friends from Germany say they could see. It's for some desktop computers not supporting Meitei script. But most mobile phones and many desktop computers still support Meitei script, in that case, one can easily see the scripts. In case you find anything unsure about the project, just ask me, I will try my best to help you! @Haoreima: (talk page stalker) Stumbled across this discussion. That issue of everything coming in squares is an issue that comes up for me when something's in Burmese script, and sometimes Cree or Inuktitut (haven't tested for Manipuri/Meitei yet). It happens without proper rendering support. w:en:Help:Multilingual support (Burmese) is the closest I can find for why that's happening, although some of that advice given is not relevant to Meitei/Manipuri. Because Burmese is already supported by Google Translate (directly in Burmese script) and there's still some problem. Well, I will try to solve the case for Manipuri/Meitei also. I don't know to be fair. I'm using a US keyboard and it isn't so friendly when it comes to unicode symbols as opposed to a UK, Indian or a Canadian keyboard so I don't really know how those work. @SHB2000: Thank you a lot for the information. But it really feel bad not to see the Meitei script in the list you showed, I don't why people deny it from the inclusion. Meitei script is one of the top 8 most widely used Indic scripts in present day modern India — Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Meitei (AKA. Manipuri), Odia, Eastern Nagari and Gurumukhi. Meitei script is supported in Mozilla Firefox software as well as phonetic keyboard (ABC alphabet to Meitei script) in Microsoft softwares. This is the map which shows the predominance of Hindi, English & regional languages in India. Here, Manipuri/Meitei is still significant. But, for its absence in that list, I feel really sorry! I twice reverted additions by an IP at African Americans. A series of IPs was tag bombing many African-American-related articles. They also added said text to African Americans. Before my first revert, I looked at it and reverted explaining "Duplicate content, not simple English, additional links not relevant." Did you read that ? @Koqkpa sorry for saying this but after re-checking it; it doesn't really match with special:activeusers the project's main resource for checking wiki's active users.
to reproduce the problem just check for the top first user on the list using special:activeusers and match it with wikiscan's results see if they're matching together or not 🌸 Sakura emad 💖 (talk) 09:36, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
They are not matching as I see, on the Simple wikiscan, it shows 1.9k edits total to MathXplore, but on official active users list, it shows 5.3k edits total on which Math achieved in the previous 30 days to now present.
