Speedy deletion nomination of Mercantile Communications

A tag has been placed on Mercantile Communications, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Problems with upload of File:Mercantile.png

Thanks for uploading File:Mercantile.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Teleshowupdates.com

Hi there, I've reverted these recent edits of yours[1][2] because the reference you added, teleshowupdates.com, isn't sufficient per our reliable sourcing guidelines. We don't care what random websites/blogs have to say about anything. We only care what reliable published sources with established reputations for fact-checking and accuracy have to say about any given subject. It's unclear to me why you made this edit, which adds a reference to this site, but that doesn't actually support the claim that Naakul Mehta won an award. This edit adds a link to teleshowupdates.com in an area that's discussing the Malaysian dub of Naagin, yet the reference you added says nothing about this subject. So on top of being a poor choice of references, the links seem useless and are indistinguishable from spam. Wikipedia is not a forum for promotion, so please make more constructive edits in the future. Thank you, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:07, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
