I'm answering this -- However, I notice that the Critical reception section highlights the SINGLES appearing on year-end “best songs” lists. In that context, it seems reasonable to also include the album’s commercial performance, even if the singles themselves failed to chart, to give a balanced view of both critical acclaim and commercial results.
