Tomorrow 2

[edit]

Hello Paintdvd. I'd like to address your recent edit to split "Tomorrow" and "Tomorrow 2" into two separate articles. In most, if not all cases, the remix of a song is only written as a section in the original song's article, even if it is far more well-known than the original (e.g. "I Took a Pill in Ibiza", "Despacito" and "Old Town Road"). I'm not sure if there's ever a case where the remix should get its own article, even if it has a different title. I would appreciate your feedback on this. Thank you. MC-123 (talk) 22:28, 16 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@MC-123: I was being bold and splitting it into its own article because it is equally as notable as the original, with all the awards and stuff, and mainly because I saw the "Boy's a Liar" remix ("Boy's a Liar Pt. 2") get split into its own article. paintdvd 02:45, 17 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm... I see where you're coming from. But still, I think it's a common practice that song remixes, regardless of their notability, should only be in the scope of the original song's article rather than its own. In addition, I believe there should potentially be a discussion about whether or not "Boy's a Liar" and "Pt. 2" should be merged into one article. This is a different situation from songs like the "Shotta Flow" series where the sequel is not a remix of the previous song. A while back, someone also made a separate article for each remix of "Crazy Story", but they ended up getting merged into the article of the original song. Antisocial (Tana song) moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Antisocial (Tana song). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because It was promoted to article namespace by a sockpuppet; needs good-faith review. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 16:28, 22 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
