Hello! Just wanted to express my opinion that I think it makes sense to collapse good faith but non-EC edits in this context rather than delete them outright, at least for WP:BITE reasons. Placeholderer: I haven't removed the other collapsed !votes, and if you re-instate it as collapsed I won't interfere. I'd be more concerned about BITE if it wasn't for the fact that GS:RUSUKR restrictions and enforcement is signposted immediately below the proposal.
