Potential Fallout series Good Article Topic
So I'm slowly making my way through the articles for the Fallout games and as it stands right now, 5 of the 9 games in the series are at either GA or FA status. Fallout 3 and New Vegas survived their 2024 Good Article Reviews (although I think the Fallout 3 review got closed a little too early, the lede and reception sections still need to be tweaked), and I'm planning on revamping the Fallout Shelter article since its gotten a little bloated. That leaves 2, Tactics, 4, and 76. Since you worked on the article for Fallout 1, would you be willing to collaborate on Fallout 2? I'll admit, I'm not particularly knowledgeable on the pre-Bethesda games, but I do own the games on Steam so I should get around to them eventually. Famous Hobo (talk) 12:44, 10 July 2024 (UTC)

- Famous Hobo, there is something I can do at the very least. On top of ensuring that the gameplay and plot sections make sense given my understanding of Fallout 2 from when I beat it, I can also write the reception section for you. I noticed that in both GA reviews, you mentioned hating writing reception sections. I do agree that they take significant time to write and am willing to write it while address the other sections. Also, to help with sourcing, I found the official manual, and the talk page has a list of sources found by JimmyBlackwing. Lazman321 (talk) 18:05, 11 July 2024 (UTC)

Declined speedy deletion: EU Concours
Hello, Lazman321! I wanted to let you know that I have declined you G12 speedy deletion nomination of EU Concours. G12 only applies when all historical versions of the article contain copyrighted material, and "there is no non-infringing content on the page worth saving". In this case, I have removed the copyrighted material from the article and its history via revision deletion.
In the future, if you see an article that contains copyrighted material but has some text worth saving, you can request an admin to delete certain revisions of the article tha contain copyrighted material.
