Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! Sceptre (Talk) 06:01, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

Concerning Payson High School, note that this IS an encyclopedia; as such, articles must be written neutrally. Check out all the help for newbies links; they'll help you understand how to write a great article. But Wikipedia is not a web forum for your high school. I removed lines that were POV (like your opinion on the quality of the teachers) and went against basic Wikipedia style. Anyway, hopefully you can learn the ropes and help make a good article on Payson High School.
Again, welcome! Mangojuice 05:27, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. -Isopropyl 05:28, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary and your personal analysis of an article into Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's NPOV rules and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. -Isopropyl 05:32, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Stop adding commentary and your personal analysis of an article into Wikipedia articles. Doing so breaches Wikipedia's NPOV rules. Furthermore, reinserting the same commentary multiple times may cause you to violate the three-revert rule, which can lead to a block. -Isopropyl 05:33, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

May we remind you to be civil and to not form personal attacks or edit wars through your or others' comments; doing so will only cause tension and annoyance. (CJ) -Isopropyl 05:37, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Please stop targeting one or more user's pages or talk pages for abuse or insults, unwarranted doctoring or blanking. It can be seen as vandalism and may get you blocked from editing Wikipedia. -Isopropyl 05:43, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Response
[edit]You wrote "Don't edit PHS, this is a fun page not meant for editing."
In Wikipedia, you don't get to own articles, except for in one place: your user page, User:Jonsiebob. What you write there, no one will object to (within bounds of reason, and keeping in mind that Wikipedia is not a free web host.) You need to understand that other editors must be respected.
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. Mangojuice 05:31, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
You need to abide by the three-revert rule too Mango Ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jonsiebob 05:34, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- I have reported you for 3RR violation. Note that I only reverted twice, whereas you have now reverted 5 times (possibly more by now, I haven't looked). And please be WP:CIVIL, there's no need for name calling here. You should read up on Wikipedia policies and get to know the place if you want to stay. Mangojuice 05:41, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. malo (tlk) (cntrbtns) 05:49, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Block
[edit]Hello, you have been blocked for disruptive behavior at Payson High School. You are welcome to edit Wikipedia when the block expires, provided that you refrain from disruptive behavior in the future. Thank you. Angr (talk • contribs) 06:02, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- If I had noticed this and this piece of vandalism, the block would have been for longer. If you do anything like that again, the block will be for much longer next time. Angr (talk • contribs) 06:15, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia
[edit]I notice you've had some difficulty over at Payson High School. The issue is that Wikipedia is a project to build an encyclopedia and doesn't exist to be used for personal projects. The Payson High School article will never be a page just for fun and for your high school friends to play with. This isn't because we have anything against you personally, only that Wikipedia is not the place for that kind of page. If you have any questions you can ask me at my talk page. I hope you have a better time here when your block is over. Cheers! — Saxifrage ✎ 07:02, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
